Metro Flats offers both affordable income-qualified apartments and conventional market-rate studio apartments. The income limits below apply only to our affordable housing programs and are based on one-person households. Conventional apartment homes are also available and are not subject to income restrictions. If your income exceeds the affordable housing limits shown below, you may still qualify for one of our conventional market-rate apartment homes.
